So far, things have been pretty great. The whole experience has been top-notch. It really covers everything you need. They do send a bunch of emails, but honestly, it’s not a hassle. I’d rather have them be super responsive than leave me hanging. The app integration is really cool, and that smile modeling feature gives a great preview and something to look forward to.

It is actually better to have them be overly responsive than not enough. "No need to stress! Just dive in!"
At first, I was a tad nervous about managing everything solo. I had worries about getting the impressions right, returning the kit properly, or snapping the photos correctly. But, to my surprise, it turned out to be super simple. When the aligner showed up, I felt a bit anxious about kicking things off, but I just popped them in and started tracking my progress via the app. It was all surprisingly straightforward. Every part functioned just as it should. The aligners are truly invisible, being really thin and light. I was concerned they might be uncomfortable, but my teeth feel just fine. It does take a bit to get used to wearing the trays, but they’re comfy and hassle-free. I’m really happy with my choice to go with byte.

"Reconsider Your No Refunds Policy"
I gotta say, the whole process was pretty straightforward, but I'm dealing with some serious pain from my wisdom teeth because of these aligners. I tried reaching out twice to get some help, but ended up having to call just to get my requests sent along. To my surprise, I found out they don’t do refunds or returns, and that info wasn’t anywhere in their ads. Plus, the 'guarantees' page they sent me, which lays out their policy, was never shown to me before. Now, I'm stuck paying $2,000 for these plastic aligners that I can't even use. Honestly, they really ought to come up with a better way to help folks who run into problems with their products.

I had a stellar experience with your customer support, so much so that I’d rate it a full 5 stars. But there were a couple of things that kinda rubbed me the wrong way. I got texts and reminders to Check In and start using my aligners right from when they were shipped, even before they landed in my hands. It’d be awesome if those reminders came closer to when I actually got the aligners, or even better, after I confirmed their arrival. Another thing was on the first day, when I was asked to check in with new photos. I thought that was a bit over the top since you already had my initial pics on file. It didn’t really make sense to have to pop the aligners in and out just for some photos, especially on day one. Plus, the second question was about how the aligners felt, which I obviously couldn’t answer since I hadn’t even worn them yet.

"Promote your policy of no refunds"
The process was indeed quite simple, I must admit. However, I am currently facing issues with my wisdom teeth and experiencing discomfort due to the aligners. I made two requests to speak with someone about this matter, but unfortunately, I had to resort to calling in order to have my requests forwarded. To my disappointment, I discovered that they do not offer refunds or accept returns, despite the fact that this information was not mentioned anywhere in their advertisements. Additionally, the "guarantees" page they sent me, which states their policy, was never presented to me beforehand. Consequently, I am now obligated to pay $2,000 for plastic aligners that I will no longer be able to use. In my opinion, they should establish a more effective system for individuals who encounter such issues with their product.

"Customer service is pretty slow."
The support team is really dragging their feet. Most replies feel like they’re just pre-written, and it looks like they don’t even take the time to read what you send. They don’t check out the photos you provide and just hand you off to another rep who asks for the same images you already shared a few days back. It takes a minimum of three days to get a reply to any email. They don’t seem to look at the monthly progress pics, making it feel like sending them is a waste of time.

On the bright side, my teeth are starting to align decently. Even though the pain is pretty intense, I’m beginning to notice some changes. Sadly, I have to stick with my week 13 aligners for five weeks before I can move on to the next set. Fingers crossed this is the only hiccup I face during my treatment.

"Straightforward Review"
The reply was clear and gave me the info I needed to address my query. All in all, I'm just kicking off this journey and still waiting on my retainers. It's making me a tad uneasy seeing how tough it is to connect with a rep. Ever since I ordered the retainers, I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone, and the response time has been slower than when they were trying to get my business. Fingers crossed this doesn't mess with the process, but I’m definitely feeling a bit on edge.
